HB Archive

A curation of carefully considered & created products.

Ethically made. Locally made. Made to order. Minimal waste. Sustainable. Transparent.

HB Archive is a curation of carefully considered and created garments. It holds the intention to create a well fitting, sustainable and trans-seasonal wardrobe not influenced by current trends. The website holds a library of clothing and accessories made to order, with a special focus on natural fibres.

HB Archive is located and manufactured in Fitzroy in Melbourne.

Who makes your clothes?

All pieces are made by the designer Holly.

Can you share a little more about your values?

Everything is predominantly made to order and all designed, created and sewn, wrapped and posted by me, Holly, in my Fitzroy, Melbourne studio. Focusing on natural fibres, fabrics are sourced locally and are either fair-trade, organic, or designer dead stock.

Which particular fabrics do you use?

Cotton, hemp and linen. I love clothing to have structure, versatility, be breathable and have a nice long life.

Any extra efforts you make at HB Archive that you can share?

Transparency of pricing is available on each product’s page on the website.

Can you share some labels you admire?

Farn Designs, Actually Existing, Auor, Post Sole Studio, Molly Younger, Vanessa Gullone (manufacturer), Muse the label, Mimi Holvast … (I could go on forever!)
